How your bed is made
Your order goes straight onto our workshop boards. The Marlow platform base is framed and upholstered by our base team, while the Bronte mattress (2000 pocket springs + pillowtop) is built and hand-finished by our mattress team, and the headboard is cut and buttoned in our headboard workshop. You can follow every stage from your order page.
Delivery & returns
Free two-person delivery to room of choice on a day we agree at checkout, usually about two weeks after ordering. We'll remove the packaging. Mattresses come with our 100 night comfort promise.
Frequently asked questions

Can I add storage later? Storage is built into the base frame, so it needs to be chosen when you order.

Are the fabrics pet friendly? Our linen and bouclé are the most hard-wearing; velvet shows paw prints less than you'd think.
